animations in powerPoint v12.0

I cannot access the forth option on my animation menu (Add media actions). I have no problem with adding the other affects (entrance, exit, etc), it is there,but it does not work. Do I need to install anything?

I am having the same problem. Has anyone figured this out. How can I access the fourth option (add media actions)?
