AnimatorPro - popups

I have purchased the AnimatorPro popup software, unfortunately I cannot get
any answers from them on this problem. When using the popup on my web page
the message in the popup does not hide the message or photos on the web page,
the popup is in the background. Would anybody know the solution and the html
code to fix this?

Seems to be similar to your problem, but I'm sure there's other forums for
this application out there...
