Hi Folks!
I just posted Part II of three posts on Microsoft and customer feedback.
Part I explains what the Send Feedback tool is and why it is the best
method to send Microsoft your thoughts, opinions and feature requests. I
also include 70 links to feature requests made specifically in the
microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage newsgroup as well as Send Feedback
links for you to easily add your "me too!"
Part II details how the feedback you submit to Microsoft is used and who
sees it. On average, the Macintosh Business Unit (MacBU) at Microsoft
receives 1700 feedback items per month. What happens with it then?
Part III is in response to comments posted in the
microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage newsgroup and why people feel that
Microsoft is not listening to their feedback. I give a critique of their
system and offer suggestions for improvement. Microsoft can do some
simple things just let folks know they're listening. It's called
"communication".
Part I called "Feedback translates to features in Entourage" and Part II
called "Are you there Microsoft? It’s me, your customer." are available
now at <http://blog.entourage.mvps.org/>. Part III will be available
later this week.
Your feedback to us is important. We hope you find these blog posts
interesting and useful. Please let us know.
