Hi Matt,

I can't comment on the accuracy of your review because I'm not yet using
Office 2004 . However, I can say that I found your review interesting,
even-handed and very well-written! That's why I'm replying here instead of
to you privately: I recommend that anyone debating about whether or not to
upgrade read your review.

One thing you might want to comment further on is the EndNote situation.
