[ANN] Updaters for Office 2004 and Office 2008

See the Entourage Help Blog for details on updaters for Office 2004 and
Office 2008. Microsoft also announced a critical security update today.

I logged out/in before installing. It's important to quit all running
applications before using the updater. Restart and you should have a good
install.
