annoyance: a program is trying to access your e-mail addresses...

I keep getting dialog boxes while using outlook that
says "A program is trying to access e-mnail addresses you
have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"

I know it is not being caused by a virus since I just ran
Norton Antivirus with the latest signature files.

It is happening every time I get a new message...annoying!

Anyone else having this problem?
