Annoying format when typing in numbers in the spreadsheet

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel When I type in 1 or 2 in the spreadsheet, this is shown as 0,1 and 0,2 and if I type in 22 this is shown automatically as 2,2. Have to punch in 22, comma and zero to get the correct number 22.

Do anyone know where i turn of this option?
