Annoying message opening Form with Linked Pics

Using Access 2000...I just changed my customer's logos on
every form from embedded to linked to reduce the size of
the db.

Now, when the form opens, a little message box pops up
too quickly to read, but annoying to see that says:
"Importing...(path name/filename)...jpg" with a Cancel
button on the messge box.

Does anyone know how I can suppress this message box? I
tried SetWarnings=False, but that didn't work.

Well... maybe, the size of the DB is less important than this inconvenience?...
How big do the images make the database?

Thanks, Steve. I like the registry solution better than
using the "hidden form". I'll just have to see if my
customer will give me access to the Registry.

Have you tried using bmp's instead of JPG's.
Should not get the message then.
