Annoying Message

When I bring up outlook, and I recently upgraded to SP3,
I still get the annoying message:

The procedure entry point _GetIUMS@4 could not be located
in the Dynamic Link Library MSDART.DLL.

It goes away after responding to it 6 times and outlook
seems to work fine, but I would still like to resolve
this issue.
