Annoying outline surrounding inserted spreadsheet

Having a problem with powerpoint 2007. After inserting and resizing an excel
spreadsheet into a slide, when printing the slide a blue line outlining the
left and top of the spreadsheet shows up, even though it is not present in
the slide. any one seen this before? Thanks in advance for your help.
