Annoying security setting

Every time I synchronize my Palm with Outlook, I get two
annoying security messages saying that an external
program is trying to access my address book. Is there a
way to change Outlook's security settings so I don't have
to allow access every time?

You can't change Outlook, but your sync tool provider should have an updated version that avoids security prompts.
