Annoying task pane after loading an XML document with my schema

I've defined a custom XML Schema and one solution for it. When I load my XML
documents with this schema bound to, Word 2003 always shows an "XML
document" task pane, where available presentation (XSLTs) are listed in.
How can I suppress appearing of this panel?

I don't know whether it will work with that specific task pane, but
try the Task Pane Controller available at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ShowTaskPane.htm.
