Annual Calendar

Okay, I have an annual calendar set up to track employee attendance which
Duane Hookom (thankfully) pointed me to on the Hook'd on Access page. Now
there are two issues that I would like some help with.

1. is there anyway to format this one page annual calendar to ensure that
all 12 months remain on one page?

2. for purely appearance reasons, is there any way to make sure the the
months, 1 run from left to right and not Top to bottom? (my report is set up
properly but it doesn't show up right in the preview. Also, is there a way
to make sure that the top of each month lines up? July has fewer weeks than
any other month this year because of the ways the days fall so August is out
of line with the months in the other columns.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't recall how you got a full year in the calendar. Are you using months
as subreports?

You pointed me to your website. I'm using the Annual Calendar which shows the
X for the days off. I haven't changed the format of the actual document. It
works beautifully I don't know why things shifted. I've looked at your
calendar and the settings seem the same.

I'm going to try and pull the report into the database where my data is and
hopefully it will straighten itself out. however if you have any ideas????

You can set the Force New Page property of the Year header to Before Section.
Make sure the columns are set to display Across then Down.
