Annual Events

I am trying to put all of my deadlines from various job duties into Outlook and I want to be able to go to the Annual Events list through VIEW to get the big picture. I have tried scheduling events as recurring annually but then they do not show up on the Annual Events list

Also, is there any way to have a "task list" specific to each month? It would be nice to have a monthly task list rather than one that just rolls continually. Many of the items I would like to get into Outlook are not "appointments" so I hate to have to schedlule them as "free" but as appointments

Does any of this make sense to anyone else

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated
