Hey Guys, i am trying to find a formula that calculates the number of
annual leave allowed pr year and i cant find find it
That probably depends on several factors. So what do you already have?
What is it based on? e.g. in Belgium it depends on the comapny. 22 is
about normal. Next it depends on the number of days worked the previous
year.
So if you have worked a whole year last year, you will have 22 days this
year. If you worked 6 months, you will have 11. Howver if you worked at
another company, the days of THAT company will count.
So if you have worked 6 months for the current company it will give you
11 days. If you have worked at another company where the standard is 24
instead of 22, you will get 12 more. So you will have 23 in total
instead of 22.
Also it depends on wether you got them payed instead or if you have some
days left.
So at least in Belgium, because you need the data of another company, it
is basicaly a fixed number that is provided to each HR department.
Calculations can only be done if you have full details of all the
companies people worked in the previous year.
