Anonymous Access

Hi,

i would like to have anonymous users submit a form.
i granted anonymous access to the site, both in the central administration
(application management) and in the permissions settings of the document
library.
The anonymous users now have full permissions to the document library.
however, when the anonymous user submits the form, he receives an error
message (permissions error message).

Any ideas ?
