Another 1 Note conversion question

I'm trying to convert 1note, and its not taking my product ID I was given from my confirmation email (I downloaded it from the web). Its saying its an invalid #, and no where is there a number I can call..I expire in 10 days! Help.

Is there anything in the confirmation email directing you to a source of
help? What about starting with contacting the reseller?

Did you get OneNote from Microsoft ? That is the only place you can get a
legal 60 trial (download or CD) and from the OneNote Page:
"A unique trial product key and a link to download the trial will be sent to
your e-mail address after the order is completed. "

The confirmation e-mail you're referring to is the one you got confirming that you paid for full OneNote?

(in other words, you clicked on Help->Activate Product, then clicked on "Buy Key Online", and then filled out the information there)?
