Another Enterprise v. Global - new toolbar, new menu item won't ap

As an Admin I created, using the enterprise global, a new toolbar. There are
new views, which I also created in the enterprise global. Version 1 appears
on other machines. After some changes, Version 2 does not. I have opened
each file and overwritten any old version 1 toolbar.

Then I created a new menu item (using the Projectexperts FAQ). It is
beautiful, but on my machine only. I know there are 3 differet templates,
but I am running out of hair to pull out on my head. Any ideas aside from
traveling around the world to soe 50 machines and changing the global tmp on
each?

You need to place the new Views and Toolbars in the Enterprise Global file.
