Thank you to responding to the message, would you know whether I will need
to get specialist equipment for the Macros or VBA programming and where
would I go to find the code to achieve this.

Is there any resources that I can be directed to in order for me to learn
this language ?

Is there a way in order to calculate weekly bills or can code do the same
for this or would I need to add calendar to the database.

If you can let me know any further detail I would be most appreciated.

Best to stay with the original thread instead of starting a new one.

Macros and VBA are built into ACCESS; no additional equipment or software
needed. Advisory: ACCESS is very powerful, but it's not something you just
pick up and use. It has a reasonably steep learning curve, one that pays off
well as you reach the pinnacle.

There are numerous books available for reading and learning. I recommend
that you go to your local bookstore and find some that appear understandable
to you in their style and presentation.

Yes, you can calculate weekly bills and such. But, as noted above, it is not
an "straight-out-of-the-box" result.
