Running project and server 2003.
I have created a new site template using stsadm.exe through the cmd
interface. The new template I created is referenced as _GLOBAL_#1. I assume
the previous template is at _GLOBAL_#0. If I type enumtemplates the only
template visible is GLOBAL#1. If i delete _GLOBAL_#1, then it will show no
templates.
When i go to provisioning settings in web access all I see is the default
project workspace and no others to chose from.Other people here seem to have
followed the same procedure but actually see the new template in the dropdown
for the site template. Is this correct? Some one else had mentioned editing
the existing template instead. Does anyone know how to do that?
I spent 4 hours reading through these threads yesterday and all over the web
and people insist that the procudure I followed is supposed to show the new
template in the site template drop down but it hasn't.
I have a presentation tomorrow and it would be nice to have this stuff
running.
any help???
thanks --Pablo--
