Answer Wizard and Index Do Not Work with HTML Help File

Access 2002. I have finally gotten up and running with
HTML Help Worshop. However, I find that when using my (or
other) context sensitive help files with Access that only
the "Contents" portion of the help window contains my
custom help. The Answer Wizard and the Index portions
still contain the built-in Access help stuff. Question:
How do I set my HTML Help file up so that I get the search
and index functions as well as the contents function?
