HELP!

I have upgraded my mail client to Outlook 2003 for its
caching feature, but the rest of the Office suite is
Office 2002.

I am able to view the entire help menu/files (online
access, etc) in Outlook..

However, in all the other programs, I am able to view and
read the contents of the help files, however, the Answer
Wizard and Index tabs show no content at all.

Any suggestions?

Try running detect and repair. It appears to be one of the bad side effects
of running mixed Office versions.
