Anyone who reads the question and knows the answer can answer it. I answered
your question about two hours after you asked it (three days ago). That
answer was: See "OFF97: Buttons in Close Dialog Incorrect After Upgrading to
SR-1" at

Hi Suzanne,
Thankyou for the answer. At least I found it.
By chance I clicked on the +/- button and found your
answer.
I think there should be info. that tell the visiter how to
find the answers.

The MS Communities interface for reading newsgroups is not ideal. If you
really want a web interface, try the Google one, click on Groups, where it
is a bit clearer and a good search function enables you to find your
original post if you have forgotten, or find the answer to your question
without even having to ask it. Or if you have an email program with a
newsreader (e.g. Netscape, Outlook), you can set up the newsreading part to
check groups of interest to you (any such program will walk you through the
set-up).
