Answers lead to other questions on webpages

I was now able to create webpages with outlook but on right it shows links
(for named regions) but they do nothing when you click on them since they
are visible already. What I don't understand is what they are for, and the
same thing is true for holidays. Links on the holiday, but clicking on the
it What is the purpose of the named region? What am I missing?

If you had a long list of appointments in the right-hand pane, clicking on such a link would scroll the appointment details list to show the appointment you clicked on.
