Any cover sheet templates for school projects?

does anyone know of any templates to use as a cover sheet for school projects?

It's just a title page isn't it? Shouldn't take more than a minute to
make your own. What product are you using? (Word 2003? Excel 2000?
PowerPoint 2007?)
