Any idea on how to configure outlook to default to bcc rather than'To'?

Hi

Does anyone know of a way to send out all email as bcc. We have
recently had a couple of 'security breaches' where people have sent
out information to a large group of people with all email adddresses
showing. This has caused hasle as customers are included etc - Groups
doesnt really do it as they can still be allocated to the 'To' box
rather than as a 'bcc'

We would ideally like to set up Oulook on machines so that the default
is 'bcc' rather than 'To'

Any ideas?

Many ISPs will treat messages containing only a Bcc entry as spam. Do you
want that?

Thank you- and definitely not!! Will that still happen if there is
one 'To' entry would you know?

I would imagine that it would be treated as any other message.
