Any ideas how to do this?

I've been playing around with this but can't seem to work out how to
do this.

I've 2 sheets, "sheet1" & "sheet2".

I want to type some text into "F3" on "sheet2" then the formula needs
to match this text on "Column D" on "sheet1" then the contents of the
coresponding "Column Q" on "sheet1" need to be displayed in "G3"
"Sheet2"

also just to note that the cells could contain text or numbers.

Any idea?
