Any know access issues or problems after upgrade from W2K to XP Prof

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not. But, the
company that I work for is primary a W2K shop. But, we
are thinking upgrading our O/S to XP Prof due to
Microsoft's decision to push XP Prof & Net 2003 and we
would like to know if anybody has heard or experience any
incompatibility issues with the JET DB in access after
completing an upgrade from W2K to XP Prof.? If anyone
