any logs available to track who is viewing my outlook calendar

MS Outlook is run on a secure server in IS department of my company. I have
granted access to view only my calendar to many users. Is there any way to
track or create/view a log of who and when users are accessing/viewing my
calendar? Could a programmer write a program to intercept/display this
information on their PC?
