Any of you having problem with Exchangeserver 2003 and OUTLOOK 2002?

OL 2002 just won't update Inbox until you actually click send & receive
button. Many of my users complaining that they will ahve to do it in order
to get new email that used to arrive to their inbox automatically with our
Exchange server 5.5!
Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Does either of these articles help you out?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bill Nguyen asked:

Thanks Milly;
Unfortunately, none of the articles applied to my situation.
There must be something between Exchange 2003 and OL 2002 client that I just
can't figure out!
