Any one using Norton AntiSpam?

I use Norton Antispam. When I start Outlook, the Norton Antispam toolbar
sometimes it loads, and some times doesn't load.
When it doesn't load, I have to go to the "COM Ad ins", un-check it then
OK; then go back and check it back on, then OK. then the toolbar loads.

I have gone to Symantec and Microsoft Knowledge database, but I can't find
any reported bugs...

Any thoughts why it doesn't load some times?
