Any Software to convert a Word .doc to a .dxf Format

I need to change a ..doc file to .a .dxf file so it can be inserted into an
AutoCad drawing. This would alloww anyone to make changes in the future
without taking it back to word.

Is there any Software that will convert a .doc to .dxf?
