Any software to help manage PowerPoint content?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a metric truckload of slides that I'm
trying to manage. Ideally what I'd like to have is a system that shreds my
100-200+ slide decks into individual slides that I can select, edit, merge,
remove duplicates, etc., and then assemble as needed into new decks as needed.

Any ideas?
