Any type of Hoteling form(s) within Outlook 2002?

I'm looking for forms within Outlook to schedule resources (equipment &
people) for hoteling purposes. Would need to include Tasks (to assign various
groups to set up a phone, pc, make the network connection hot, etc), Shared
Calendar (to view which shared cubes are booked and available).
