Any way to automate several e-mails?

Does anyone know if BCM can automate sending a "Chain" of e-mails? I would
like to have a couple different response e-mails cerated that can be linked
to new customers, and automatically sent over a period of time. Example - I
get a new customer, and send the "welcome to my company" e-mail. I would
like to automatically send a follow up note in a couple days to ask if they
need any other information. A couple days later, I send another note with an
attachment quick user guide. You get the drift. Is there a way in BCM to do
this?

Hi Jeff,

You can delay sending in regular Outlook. You just type up your e-mails and
on "Options" select "Do not deliver before:___"

If it were me, I'd just create templates (drafts) that you resend to your
new contacts, and just update the "Delivery" date, as necessary.
