any way to copy data groups?

once I have a table the way I want it, and want to duplicate the section
(same format, fields, etc) so I can reuse them (change group/field names) --
is there any way to do this?

If I copy the table, it binds it to the same group and doesn't give me the
option of creating a new group/name.

or do I have to redo everything for each new section?

I'm afraid you'll have to repeat all the steps for each new section or set up
a repeating group in your Main data source and convert it to a Repeating
Section on your InfoPath form. In the latter case, each repeating section
would contain one table with its corresponding fields. And since the section
is repeating, each new one you add to the form when filling it out will look
like the previous one, but you can fill it with its own data.
