Any way to customize address book printing in Entourage

I used to have a pc and used Outlook to print an A4 address book including email address of church members for our leaders. In Outlook I could select what fields to print and also print multiple columns of contacts per page to cut down the amount of pages printed. I've tried all the Entourage 2004 printing options and none suit. I've even tried exporting contacts to a text file to then import into Outlook via Parallels. However, the export doesn't allow you to select the contacts or include a categories field for me to sort once in Outlook and I don't want to include my personal/business contacts in the printout.
Does Entourage 2008 have more printing options. I'd be grateful for any suggestions you have. Jacqui

You have a lot more control if you use Data Merge/Mail Merge in Word to
pull the information from Entourage. There's a preliminary tutorial
here--I think it will get you headed in the right direction for
