Any way to Display Comments when doing a Save as Web Page?

I have a spreadsheet with some comment sin the cells so when you mouse over
the cell you see them.

I want to save this file as a web page. Is there any way that Excel can
format the web page so the mouseover for comments will still work? It didn't
seem to when I did a quick test.
