Any way to enter text sideways?

Hi - I have a column on the left side of my web page and I want to enter
text going up and down, not like this:

H
E
L
L
O

But in such a way that if you tilted your head over to your left shoulder,
it would read normal, i.e., left to right, with the first letter at the
bottom, and the letters all turned 1/4.

Any suggestions?

Why not use Word Art to format the Hello just like you want it. Then
you can copy and paste into your website like any picture.

Thanks - I guess I'll ultimately have to face that - yes - I was trying to
avoid that.
