Any way to find next without using mouse?

I use the keyboard for everything. Ctrl+F allows me to tpye a search
phrase, but then I can't see any way other than clicking on the little
triangles that appear in the search box to find the next instance...

The combination of Ctrl-F and Enter should work.

Ctrl-F to move to the Find bar, and Enter to move to the nxt instance.

By the way - There's a great list of KB shortcuts in the online help. Look
under the Help Menu (SP1 and later) for "Keyboard Shortcuts".
