Any way to insert .............. till end of line via shortcut ?

Hi,

is there a way to have a line completed till its end with dots
................ ? ( not exceeding to next line, nor too short). Number of
characters on the line can be variable, so inserting just a fixed number of
dots wouldn't be appropriate.

Any help ?
