Any way to link or save pdf files to appointment in shared calenda

Our clinic uses shared outlook calendars for scheduling 4 locations.

Is there any way to link scanned images (pdf) files to each appointment?
'This would be a poor man's electronic chart so that we dont have to fax
pages to satellite locations.

ALso, would Business Contact manager allow creating "contacts" as patients
with unique identification numbers that all 4 locations can see and interact
with for attaching forms, entering data, notes, etc?

I looked on line for Infopath and that looks great for forms, but we only
really need calendar, and way to attach the pdfs to the person.

Have you tried r-clicking in the Notes area and selecting Hyperlink?
