any way to remove the user name that always appears at the top of the printed page

Someone at my firm apprached me and ask then when an email
is printed, is there any way to remove the user name that
always appears at the top of the printed page (it appears
that the "Memo" style is being used).

I can easily see that a generic header can be added, but
don't see a way to remove the user name that appears in
bold.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any insight.

No, you would need to copy/paste to a word or wordpad document and then
print that.
