Hi,
I have a problem in outlook 2002(XP). A client, identified a good email
address, as junk mail.
This client use the built-in junkmail rules from Outlook. And the email
address is form an internal source.
The address is in the contact
So , I tried to desactive the junkmail sender rules and emails from the
sender went well into the inbox.
I'm 100% sure that is the sender's rules that have a problem.
I've look into the list of email blocked and I remove the email address that
was blocked.
But when I activate the rules, emails are still identified as junk mail.
Is there any way to reset the senders list, or any other place that could
have that email address in, so it
would still be identified as junk mail?
If anyone have an idea, would be gradely appreciated
Thanks
JL
