Any way to share Mac Office files online - simultaneously?

Does anyone know of a solution where you can share Mac Office documents (or
any file, for that matter) online so that two or more people can view and
modify it simultaneously?

Specifically, I have two users that wish to work on the same Excel sheet
from separate locations.

Many thanks!

So far as I know, the *only* program that permits this is Excel, but I
vaguely think people have reported problems with it with Office 2004. You
should probably repost your question in the excel newsgroup.
microsoft.public.mac.office.excel

Entourage 2004 also has certain sharing capabilities, but not for files.

Hi,

AFIK the only program on Mac or Windows that can accomplish this is
Excel if you turn on the Workbook sharing feature on the Tools menu.

If file permissions are set properly people on both Mac and Windows can
open and use an Excel workbook simultanously when the workbook is saved
on a shared volume.

Even so, only the first person to open the file can modify it.

Sorry, Fredrik, but you are mistaken. Everyone who opens a shared
workbook can modify the workbook. The workbook sharing feature has rules
that you can adjust concerning whose changes "win" when the workbook is
saved.
