Anybody else see UI (colour depth) in Office apps after hibernate?

Whenever my desktop returns from hibernate, all Office apps seem to draw
themselves with a low colour depth. I've noticed this with Office XP
and Office 2003. The windows look like they're being drawn with 8bpp.
This has occurred under several clean installations of Win2K. It's more
aesthetic than anything - any suggestions?

Update your video driver.

Update your video driver.

Good suggestion, but it doesn't work. I've noticed this going back some
time, so it's been present under multiple revisions of the graphics
driver. In fact WindowsUpdate delivered a new signed nVidia driver to
me recently. Office apps are the only apps affected - everything else
comes back from hibernate at 32bpp. It's only the Office apps that are
affected. Any other suggestions?

There were reports on the Windowsmedia newsgroups that the Windowsupdate
version of the NVidia driver caused problems that didn't appear with the
version on the NVidia website. Possibly rectified by now, but worth
checking. Also, is there some video-management software associated with your
video card? I'd check for firmware updates from the manufacturer too.
