Starting Monday, I will be Property Manager for several small apartment
complexes (one owner). The owner’s main priority is getting all information
straightened out and maintained in a functional way. I believe that the best
way to do this is with an Access database, identifying the property, the
buildings, the apartments, the tenants, lease periods, rental amounts, etc.
I know only the barest of basics where Access is concerned and have no clue
how to set this up to provide the info and create the reports needed to do
this thing right. I'm collecting the info via Excel at this point, but
definitely think an Access db is the way to go. Has anyone already created
such a database??
