"The windows User account or user name for the affected user account
conflicts with an existing account on server 0x8C04000D"
The resource was added to PWA & enterprise resource pool without any
differences from any other resources. Everything looks similiar but i get
the error when publishing any change to her schedule. Help

Are you saying that you created the same resource name in both Enterprise
Resource Pool and PWA? That's a bad thing.

You should generally create new resources in the ERP, and delete them (if
necessary) from PWA.

You may need to use PWA Admin to Merge the two resource accounts, or just
delete the one created in PWA, if it has received no assignments.

I don't see 2 different accounts listed in PWA. Should I delete the account
through PWA?

Derek,

I've seen this error verbiage before when I've attempted to create a user
that already existed. (i.e. the Windows user account information was the
same as an existing account). When I attempted to check in the new resource,
I got the popup.

Do you have autocreate of resources on?
