Anyone Else Had Trouble Connecting to Office Online Help?

How did you fix the problem?

I was able to connect in the past - with my current firewall and ISP.

Using Office 2003; Win2K
Norton Personal Firewall
SBC Yahoo DSL (not using their firewall)

I set the Firewall to "Permit All" for Microsoft Office Help; rebooted. Not
working.

Suggestions?

Check your service options in Word by going to:

Tools, Options, General [TAB]

One of the last three buttons is SERVICE OPTIONS. Click on it and on
Online Content. Make sure everything is ticked here.
