ANYONE ever use phone DIALER successfully (not netmeeting)???

..This knowledge base article describes problem. I'm pretty sure MS hasn't
fixed it. OL2000: Clicking "Line Properties" Generates Error Message About an
Internal Error in the Automatic Phone Dialer. The solution for outlook 2002
doesn't work for me.
